Hello, my name is Stela Ahau and I’m a health coach, since 2009 I have been experiencing different healing approaches including Reiki, Biomagnetism, Touch for Health, Tapping, Peru’s energy Medicine, and more, but one of my favorites is Ho’oponopono.
Ho’oponopono is something that I apply every day because is powerful, simple, and easy to implement. It is a form of cleaning your mind, clean all the thoughts, and replace them with the four phrases of Ho’oponopono. If you do that, you can stop wasting your energy, and begin to lead your mind to a place where can be unlimited (zero limits).
The four phrases are:
- I love you
- I’m sorry
- Please, Forgive me
- Thank you
You can use the four phrases at once, over and over, or maybe just one of them that you feel is more compatible with the situation.
At first, you don’t need to understand how it works, nor even has to “feel” the words, but with practice and some more study, you are more capable of a profound understanding of this beautiful practice.
If you read the books of Dr. Joe Vitale and Dr. Hew Len or even better if you take the Certification Course you can understand better how to apply this technique in different situations of your life and also how to help others to have a better life with Ho’oponopono.
Ho’ponopono has helped me in situations of pain, sadness, Wealth, abundance, and forgiveness. I keep cleaning my mind with the use of the four phrases every day!

Dr. Hew Len has said that memories are the thing that keeps us suffering, if we can clean ourselves from this constant repetition of memories, then we can access to a zero limits state. If we can expand our mind keeping it clean with Ho’oponopono, we can expect miracles!
