The Power of Ho’oponopono

Ho’oponopono, an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, offers us four powerful phrases to help address our inner conflicts:

  1. “I’m sorry”
  2. “Please forgive me”
  3. “Thank you”
  4. “I love you”

By repeating these phrases, we can begin to dissolve the resistance within us and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

The HA Breathing Technique

Complementing Ho’oponopono, the HA breathing technique can help us clear our minds and release stored memories. This practice involves:

  1. Inhaling for 7 counts
  2. Holding the breath for 7 counts
  3. Exhaling for 7 counts
  4. Holding the empty lungs for 7 counts

This 7-7-7-7 rhythm not only helps to calm the mind but also creates space for acceptance and healing.

Embracing Acceptance

The key to transforming your experience lies in adopting an attitude of acceptance. Rather than wishing for your current state to change, approach it with the mindset of “this is what it is.” Accept the sensations, thoughts, and emotions that arise without judgment.
