My beloved child, could you forgive all mistakes in my thoughts, words, works, and actions that I have accepted and accumulated and have submitted to you since the beginning of our creation, as your mother today I forgive you, for all your mistakes, fears, resentments and insecurities, guilt and frustrations.

I am a child of God allowing divine love and divine intelligence to move and express within and through me. My personal and universal affairs are balanced, the perfect ideas flow in me, perfect thoughts, perfect relationships, perfect and correct environments, in the perfect and correct places and times, I am and will be in my correct and perfect place, in the perfect and right time for my own individual growth, personal success and happiness to allow myself to fully use all my talents, for my own good and the good of others.
The perfect and correct conditions, relationships and ideas come and are achieved, through my complete acceptance, enthusiasm, faith and humility of mind, by my Divine creator father and unity of all life I know and truly understand and experience the satisfaction of life, I deserve to have a life that sustains me and provides me with everything good now and always because I am peace and love in all its expansion.

- Retain the air counting to 7: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 , 6, 7.
- We exhale counting to 7: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
- We keep the lungs empty counting to 7: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
- We repeat the round let’s inhale 1234567
- We retain one, two, three, four, five, six, seven.
- We exhale, one two three, four, five, six, seven.
- Empty lungs, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
- And we continue like this until we repeat 10 cycles.
